One of our latest winter heating projects is the Sir Paz Estate located in the famous wine growing region of the Yarra Valley, near Melbourne.
Sir Paz Estate is on a beautiful 35 acre elevated site, surrounded by orchards and other vineyards, and has recently opened a Cellar Door which provides wine and cheese tasting, as well as weddings, parties and corporate events. The venue has a large external terrace with elevated views over the Yarra Valley, which until recently has been uninviting in winter, due to the lack of outdoor heating.
According to owner Peter Zapris, the challenge was to find an outdoor heating system that was effective, unobtrusive and high quality – in order to maintain the magnificent views and complement the quality of the site and local produce. HEATSTRIP® Classic was selected as it is stylish, slimline and Australian designed and engineered. Staff could also zone the large area, depending on customer loads and being electric, HEATSTRIP® could be operated at the push of at button, and running costs are considerably less compared to the bottled gas heaters.
